A restaurant like no other
The white, minimalist interior of the restaurant was designed specifically to act as a three-dimensional canvas for each night’s events, which includes DJs spinning the lounge music on vinyl from all around the world.
Bed Supperclub presents a regular theme change and interactive performers, installations, singers or dancers. The key to dining in Bed is to be prepared for surprises and to keep an open mind.
Comfort zone
There's nothing more comfortable than lounging on the crisp white sheets of freshly made beds, leaning on huge fluffy pillows whilst being served by beautiful waiting staff.
At Bed Supperclub the restaurant is lined with large mattresses and oversized cushions to provide you with the kind of environment is also conducive to the creative process which encourages a more heightened interaction among guests.
At weekends
Diners are requested to arrive by 20:30 - there is only one sitting for a special surprise four-course menu. An equally delicious vegetarian alternative is also available. *Please request when making reservations.
Food
The Bed Supperclub menu can only be described as a unique blend of Mediterranean cuisine with Asian overtones, served in as atmosphere of spontaneity with the occasional surprise. Guests are welcome to watch the food being prepared in the open kitchen, which serves as part of the show. A DJ spins vinyl on the center stage.
Sunday through Thursday
Three-course meals are served. Our friendly staff dressed in ever-changing outfits are there to ensure that guests relax and enjoy themselves.
Friday and Saturday
Bed Supperclub presents the ultimate dining and entertainment experience. The aim is not just to feed or entertain guests, but to engage them. On these nights be prepared for not only a delicious banquet, but a freat for all the senses! Expect the unexpected: perhaps singers or dancers, interactive performers or artists, whatever it may be, an entire spectrum of talent from all over the world could be performing the night you decide to dine in Bed!
Bed Chef
Paul Hutt brings an innovative and energetic approach to his cooking. His contemporary style of cuisine has won him both industry awards and media acclaim including a feature in Condé Nast Traveler that hailed him as "One of the most inventive chefs in South-east Asia". For instance, he is a proponent of "sous vide", a cutting edge cooking method that uses vacuum to allow precise control of the cooking process while at the same time capturing all of the natural flavors of the components. While Paul's style maintains a modern edge, his training and years of experience means he is equally adapt at producing classical dishes albeit with an innovative twist.
